Roll2Roll (R2R) multihead pilot machine to manufacture printed solar modules

  • OPV and Perovskite technology
  • Manufacturing solar modules using slot die coating and laser patterning in 1 pass
  • Capacity: 1 MW per year, capacity can be increased by up to a factor of 20 by upgrading the machine
  • Processing width: up to 300 mm
  • Substrates: PET foils with transparent electrode, up to 330 mm width
  • Printed layer stack on the substrate: 1.Charge transport layer, 2.Active absorbing layer, 3.Charge transport layer, 4.(Transparent) top electrode
  • Machine concept adjusted to layer stack
  • Highly flexible machine for quick development of each process and fully automated pilot production

Sheet2Sheet (S2S) Multihead machine to manufacture printed solar modules in 1 pass

  • OPV and Perovskite technology
  • Manufacturing solar modules using slot die coating and laser patterning in 1 pass
  • Capacity: 200 kW per year, capacity can be increased by upgrading the machine
  • Process technology based on slot die coating and laser patterning
  • Substrates: Glass/FTO or ITO, sheets up to GEN1 (300x400 mm)
  • Printed layer stack on the substrate: 1.Charge transport layer, 2.Active absorbing layer, 3.Charge transport layer, 4.(Transparent) top electrode
  • Machine concept adjusted to layer stack
  • Highly flexible robot based machine for quick development of each process and fully automated pilot production
