Short-thread Vials
Standard glass vials for GC and HPLC, micro inserts, caps and kits. Universally applicable on almost all autosamplers. Preferred bottle variant for Waters and Agilent.
The wide opening allows easy filling.
Closures with different septum types can be supplied with different coloured caps; blue caps are also available closed
Pre-cut closures for HPLC needles where only the silicone is slit but the PTFE remains intact (no concentration changes and no contamination due to extractions from the silicone)
Synthetic septa material made of red rubber/PTFE, often used at Agilent (softer material with less fragmentation than natural rubber/TEF)
Special screw caps with short thread for LC/MS and GC/MS applications: One-component closure, no bleeding, completely inert, tight sealing, penetrable and chemical resistant like PTFE.
